Eh, so this is about grammar..?

Chaos (short for chaos axe) and storm bow.
or
Chaos (again for chaos axe), and storm bow.

I guess people are too lazy to type the extra comma?
Or they're too young to care?
I guess he expected one to know that there was no such thing called a "Chaos Bow.." That would be cool if it were true, though.

There've been many times when I get the urge to help someone, but I realize that it would be a lost cause.

lol @ the 15k armor part. Can't people just understand that 15k armor is unnecessary? I have it myself, but only on my main..

This just proves ppl are just plain jerks. Personally I wouldn't bother correcting anyone for this specific reason. I just love how the guy kept on going on and on. Either way, shake it off and don't waste your time in the future correcting morons. Let them humiliate themselves, it's far more entertaining for us to watch the spam in the channels and laugh ha ha gota love idiots

Nah, what ticks me off is seeing something like "Banana's for sale." "Banana" is possessive, but what is it possessing?

it is considered rude to correct people, but that general doesnt stop me from doing it.
but really, why did you even bother, he was too closed minded to change his view and you are too closed minded to just let it go
guess what, this happens to all of us, we let it go

Don't sell your account, just drop an email to support and tell them to delete your account for you. Way easier and perfectly legal.

You don't want to break the terms of a EULA don't you?

I try to ignore them, if every halfwit I encountered made me lose sleep, I wouldn't sleep. Change districts, minimize the game. If you dont talk back, they will look retarded. Then you and the entire district may chuckle as he logs off in shame. It's happened to me

(I mean I proved him wrong, not left in shame :P

Why would you even bother "correcting" people?

the thing is, I didn't wanna correct him in a wise-ass sorta way.
my intention was to give him a hint to what seemed like a mix-up to me, thus making it easier for him to get the stuff he wants. you could say I was in a rather good mood when I "corrected" him.

I came across many nice ppl, but yes you can expect in games with no monthly fee these stuff...
What, only assholes are poor ? Wake up.
PS: I help people all the time, when Im bored, whatever, ive made some nice friends, and had people tell me I made their day, its a game let the jerks be jerks(wish the ignore list held a hundered names but oh well), and dont let them ruin the game for you, because then they win. You know how happy it would make said asshole feel if he read this thread and thought to himself, 'ha, I made someone quit GW's, hahahahahahahah', he wins. Dont let them win.
PSS:re-read yuor post, the only mistake you made was not putting him on the ignore list right away, nothing makes me happier, than thinking of the asshole sitting there fuming 'cause none of his rhetoric can touch me. First response is nasty, on the ignore list for you, THEN you send him/her a kurt little, 'Your welcome TOOL'(dont swear, use foul language oor be abusive), and imagine as he sits there and melts down, maybe he/she will smash their computer. You Win.

The problem is... you cannot avoid these ppl as they make up the majority of GW population. GW has the second worse community I have come across in gaming... the first being Counter Strike. Granted I haven't played every game out there & I'm sure some other games will have worse but still... the GW community sucks. No, it does... it REALLY does.

A little sidetrack here but...I have quit playing as much as I used, not only because of the boredom of having done everything a zillion times, but also because of GW's asinine community. Scammers, racists, bigots, nationalists you name it GW has it in droves. A person shouldn't have to turn off local chat in town or during PvP. Day in & day out I see(or should I say, USED to see) the same jerks saying the same filth, pulling the same scams & generally f'ing the game up for everybody & yet nothing seems to be done about. GW badly needs in-game moderators.

Whenever I meet somone like that these days I just print screen, tell them Im going to report them - Report them and tell them to learn how to talk people. Personally I couldnt give a crap how people talk to me, of course Its not nice but it doesnt bother me. Its more the principal but also a deterant so they might think twice in future.

Dont get upset by it folks people are assholes, try not to take it to heart.

This reminds me of a time I saw someone type "your a moron" to someone else.. and I politely informed them that it would be "you're", not "your", and that saying "your a moron" was, in itself, rather moronic. He then chewed me out and spit obscenities for about 15 minutes, including several "your an idiot" and repeated uses of the wrong spelling.

Is it just me? Isn't saying "your a <blank>" a ridiculous oxymoron?
